100% right shares of Nadep Laghubitta listed on NEPSE; 1.60 Million units of shares now tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the listing of right shares of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NADEP).

1,600,000 Units Rights Shares of Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed on the secondary market. These shares can now be traded.

The microfinance company had issued 100% right shares to the existing shareholders of the company. After the adjustment of 100% right shares and recently announced 30% bonus share, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs.36.80 Crore.

The LTP of the microfinance company stands at Rs.666 per share as of 9^th April, 2019.
