10 Lakh units of “10% Sunrise Debenture 2080” added under preliminary review by SEBON; Prabhu Capital appointed as issue manager

Securities Exchange Board of Nepal has added “10% Sunrise Debenture 2080” to its pipeline under preliminary review.

Sunrise Bank is looking to issue 10 Lakh units of debenture at par to raise debt worth Rs.1 Arba. As per the information published by SEBON, the bank will be issuing 4 Lakh units to the general public while remaining 6 Lakh units will be privately placed. The annual yield on these debentures are 10%.

Prabhu Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the debenture issue.
