21,00,00 unit bonus shares of United Ajod Insurance Limited (UAIL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 31st Annual General Meeting on 30th Ashadh, 2082, and endorsed a 10.5263% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 61st board of directors meeting on Ashadh 04 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital. 10% bonus shares and 0.5263% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares were listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, UAIL has an LTP of Rs. 524.41.
