10% Bonus Shares of Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Finally Listed in NEPSE

85,72,230.81 units bonus shares of Standard Chartered Bank Limited (SCB) have been listed in NEPSE.
The 35th AGM of the company held on 28th Mangsir, 2078 endorsed a 13.06% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78: 10% bonus shares and 3.06% cash dividend.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE. Mangsir 10 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
As of writing, SCB has an LTP of Rs. 487.
