8% Bonus Shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Listed in NEPSE

37,80,480 unit bonus shares of Prabhu Mahalaxmi Life Insurance Limited (PMLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 8th AGM on 26th Jestha, 2082, and endorsed an 8.421% dividend for FY 2080/81. The 23rd Board of Directors meeting on Baishakh 17 decided to distribute an 8% bonus share, and a 0.421% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, PMLI has an LTP of Rs. 533.91.
