Snow Rivers Limited has announced the appointment of shareholder Rajan Babu Pant as a member of its board of directors.
According to a decision made during the company’s board meeting on Kartik 10, 2083 BS, Mr. Pant has been appointed to fill the vacant director position for the remainder of the current tenure. The vacancy arose following the formal acceptance of resignation from former director Mohan Bikram Karki.
