Citizens Capital Limited Promoted "Citizens Super 50" to Issue 10 Crore Units Mutual Fund Scheme to General Public From Mangsir 02

Citizens Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "Citizens Super 50" close-ended mutual fund scheme. The issue will open from the 2nd Mangsir to 7th Mangsir, 2083. If not fully subscribed by the early closing date, the issue can be extended till Mangsir 16.
Out of 10 crore unit shares, 15%, i.e., 1,50,00,000 crores units worth Rs. 15 crores have been allocated to the scheme manager, Citizens Bank International Limited. The remaining 8,50,00,000 crores units worth Rs 85 crores will be issued to the general public and institutions.
"Citizens Super 50" is a closed-ended fund. Applicants can apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1,00,00,000 units.
