No Dividend for FY 2075/76: Prudential Insurance Company Limited

Prudential Insurance Company Limited (PICL) is not distributing the dividend for FY 2075/76.
Based on the financial report of FY 2075/76 prepared according to the existing standards of Beema Samiti and Nepal Financial Reporting Standard, it seems that the company has to keep its funds as a reserve and other provisions. This is why it is unable to distribute any dividend for that fiscal year.
The company is going to organize its 18th AGM on Bhadra 26, 2077, at the office of the company registrar, Birgunj, Parsa.
