Bonus Shares of United Modi Hydropower Limited Listed on NEPSE

8,61,350 unit bonus shares of United Modi Hydropower Ltd. (UMHL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 12th AGM on 24th Chaitra, 2082, and endorsed a 7.36842 % dividend for the fiscal year 2081/82. The board of directors meeting held on Poush 08 had decided to distribute a 7% bonus shares and a 0.36842% cash dividend (for tax purposes).
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
UMHL closed at Rs. 553.00.
