The company convened it's 9th AGM on Poush 30, 2082, and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for FY 2081/82. The company decided to distribute a 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax). The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
