Fonepay Concludes 7th AGM, Approves FY 2082/83 Financial Statements

Fonepay Payment Service Ltd. has successfully concluded its Seventh Annual General Meeting (AGM) at the Marriott Hotel in Naxal, Kathmandu, under the chairmanship of Sashin Joshi.

The AGM brought together the company’s shareholders to review and approve key financial and corporate matters. During the meeting, shareholders approved the annual financial statements and the Auditor’s Report for FY 2082/83, formally endorsing the company’s financial performance and reporting for the fiscal year.

The meeting also approved the appointment of G.P. Rajbahak & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company’s Statutory Auditor for FY 2083/84. The appointment will allow the firm to undertake the statutory audit of Fonepay’s financial statements for the upcoming fiscal year.

The conclusion of the AGM marks an important part of Fonepay’s annual corporate governance process, with shareholders approving both the previous fiscal year’s financial reporting and the auditor for the new financial year.
