A major basic shareholder of Chhyangdi Hydropower Limited, Rameshwar Thapa, has formally requested to sell 286,650 shares of the company within the next three months. The company announced that it received his application on Ashwin 8, 2083.
This notice was published to comply with regulatory guidelines issued by the Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON). According to SEBON rules, major basic investors holding substantial shares must give at least five trading days' notice before selling 5 percent or more of their total shares in a company.
