65% Right Shares of Joshi Hydropower Development Company Listed in NEPSE

24,14,100 unit right shares of Joshi Hydropower Development Company Ltd (JOSHI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued 65% right shares i.e., 2,414,100 (1:0.65) units of right shares, to its existing shareholders from 15th Shrawan to 19th Bhadra, 2082. The paid-up capital was Rs. 37.14 Crores. After adjusting the proposed right share i.e., 2,414,100, the company's paid-up capital increased to Rs. 62.28 Arba. The same rights shares are now listed in NEPSE.
