Yeti Development Bank 14th AGM on Shrawan 15; to endorse 50% right shares

Yeti Development Bank Limited (YETI) will be holding its 14^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on  Shrawan 15, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at All in One Mart banquet,Minbhawan Kathmandu at 10:00 AM. The main agendas of the meeting are:

• To maintain public promoter shareholder stake at 51:49. At present the public promoter share structure of the company is 68.31:31.69 and to amend article of association accordingly.
• To issue 2:1 right shares after changing the public promoter share structure.
• To amend article of association to become an agent for providing banccasurance service to life and non-life insurance companies.
• To endorse help provided to earthquake victims.

• Authorized BOD to initiate merger/acquisition process with other BFI by endorsing Due Diligence Audit (DDA).

Other agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and election of one BOD member from public shareholders group. The register of the development bank will remain close from Shrawan 3, 2073 to Shrawan 15, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. The bank has earned net profit of Rs 20 crore in the third quarter of the ongoing fiscal year.
