Womi Microfinance to auction its unsold 11,545 unit shares from today; Applications can be placed for minimum 100 units

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (WOMI) is auctioning its unsold right shares from Shrawan 15 i.e today till Shrawan 22, 2075.
The microfinance company is issuing 3,882.80 unit promoter shares and 7,662.20 unit ordinary shares.
The bank had issued 2,33,280 unit right shares at par value of Rs 100 from Jestha 16 till Ashadh 19.
The application can be placed for a minimum 100 units. The minimum bid price has been set as Rs 100 i.e. the bidders need to place their bids above Rs 100.
Siddhartha Capital has been appointed as the issue manager for the auction.
The microfinance has urged the bidders to deposit the total bid amount in the A/C No. 00115276665 in Siddhartha Bank Limited.
The paid up capital of the company stands at Rs 7.77 crore which will reach Rs 10.10 crore after the adjustment of 30% right shares.
