Womi Laghubitta to auction 62,183.8 units promoter shares from Kartik 21; Minimum application for 1000 units

Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) will be auctioning its unsold right shares from Kartik 21, 2076 to Kartik 28, 2076.

WOMI had issued 1,010,880 units as 100% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company. The unsubscribed shares (Ordinary share: 46,509.20 units and
Promoter share: 76,703.80 units) were auctioned previously. From the previous auction, the ordinary shares have been fully subscribed whereas promoter shares were undersubscribed.

Therefore WOMI is opening the auction for 62,183.80 units promoter shares.

Siddhartha capital is the issue manager.
