Womi Laghubitta to auction 46k and 76k ordinary and promoter shares respectively; Bid forms can be submitted from Ashwin 06 to 13, 2076

Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (WOMI) is auctioning its unsold ordinary and promoter right shares from Ashwin 06, 2076 to Ashwin 13, 2076.

WOMI had issued 1,010,880 units as 100% right shares for the existing shareholders of the company. However, the unsubscribed shares are now being auctioned. The details are:

Ordinary share: 46,509.20 units
Promoter share: 76,703.80 units

Siddhartha capital is the issue manager. The interested individual or institution can submit their sealed bid applications at following locations:

The trading of WOMI in Nepal Stock Exchange is currently being frozen due to its ongoing merger negotiations with Nagarik Laghubitta. The LTP of WOMI stood Rs 1128 as on 7th March, 2019.
