Womi and Reliable Microfinance to refund IPO excess money from today

Womi Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited is refunding excess money collected from investors as a part of its initial public offering (IPO) from today (August 24). The company had issued 1, 47,000 units ordinary share to general public.In Womi Microfinance, allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 1,000 to maximum Rs 1, 00,000 amount investors were decided through lottery. Of the total 55,700 applicants only 13,598 investors got the shares.
Likewise, Reliable Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited is also refunding money collected from investors from today. The company had issued 1, 50,000 units ordinary share to general public.
Allotment of all applicants from minimum Rs 5,000 to maximum Rs 1, 00,000 amount investors were decided through lottery. Of the total 45,246 applicants only 13,995 investors got the shares.
The micro finances have urged the investors to visit their respective collection centers with receipt to collect their refund money through account payee cheque.
The non-allottees need to bring their receipt with a copy of citizenship or authorization letter to collect their payment slip.
NMB Capital Limited and Civil Capital Market Limited were the issue managers for the IPO of Womi Microfinance and Reliable Micro Finance respectively.
