With a 0.94% Uptick, NEPSE Settles at 2,678.17 Level; All Sectors Close Green

The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) recorded a gain today, gaining by 25.07 points (0.94%) to settle at 2,678.17. This follows a 23.19-point gain in the previous session. 

The benchmark index opened at 2,654.31, touching an intraday high at 2,683.25, while the lowest point was 2,653.57. Total turnover for the day reached Rs. 10.16 Arba, with 23,697,145 shares traded across 311 companies through 81,738 transactions. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 44.60 Kharba, while the float market capitalization was recorded at Rs. 15.02 Kharba.

Hydorelectricity Investment and Development Company Limited Promoter (HIDCLP) topped the turnover chart, amounting to Rs. 58.49 Crores. The stock closed at Rs. 224.10.

Two companies led the gainers' list, hitting the upper circuit limit each.
