Weekly wrap up of NEPSE Index: Which stocks are favorite among the brokers?

NEPSE index movement: NEPSE index had opened at 1149.23 points and index moved slightly volatile this week.

NEPSE index has gained in the first two trading days and in the next two days, the index has lost some points however NEPSE managed to close with 1.43% gain at 1165.97 points. NEPSE index was able to close at the positive note in the last couple of weeks.

Candlestick Pattern: We have not observed any special pattern this week. In the last 11-trading days, only three candles are bearish.

Average volume of the last couple of weeks is comparatively higher than the average volume of last one month.

More than 66 lakhs unit of shares of worth Rs 2.15 arba has been traded through 23 thousand transactions, this week. The current market capitalization of NEPSE stands at Rs. 1, 3 92,815.27 Million.

Aarambha Microfinance (AMFI) is the top gainer whose price has increased by more than 20% in the period of 5 days. The top five gainer of this week belongs to the microfinance sector and this shows the charm of the microfinance sector despite the strong bearish market.
