Tonight's forecast shows partly to generally cloudy conditions continuing throughout the country. Light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning is expected in a few places of Koshi Province, Madesh Province, Bagmati Province, Gandaki Province, and Lumbini Province. In the other provinces, there is a possibility of rain in one or two places. Be cautious if you have any travel or outdoor plans during the night.

Meteorological Analysis

Currently, the axis of the Monsoon Trough is positioned to the south of its average location. Additionally, there is a partial effect of a low-pressure system in South-West Uttar Pradesh and surrounding areas in Nepal. These meteorological conditions are contributing to the cloudy skies and the likelihood of rain and thunderstorms.
