Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited to Invest Rs. 15 Crores in Upper Seti-1 Project

Vision Lumbini Urja Company Limited has announced that its Board of Directors has approved an investment of Rs. 15 crores in Shrestha Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. for the construction and development of the 13 MW Upper Seti-1 Hydropower Project.

The company stated that it had previously granted in-principle approval for the Upper Seti-1 project to be developed as a cascade project of its 25 MW Seti River Hydropower Project. In return for allowing the use of its infrastructure and other facilities, Seti River Hydropower has received Rs. 15 crores from Shrestha Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd.

The meeting of board of directors held on Shrawan 28, 2083, also resolved to invest the same amount in Shrestha Energy Solution Pvt. Ltd. to support the development of the Upper Seti-1 Hydropower Project.
