Vijaya Laghubitta 5th AGM on Mangsir 16; to endorse 15% dividend

Vijaya Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (VLBS) will be convening its 5^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 16, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Red Carpet, Narayangadh, Chitwan at 11:30AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 10 % bonus shares and 5 % cash dividend (including tax) from the net profit of FY 2073/74.
• To increase issued and paid up capital.
• To endorse decision for merger and acquisition.
• To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor for the FY 2074/75. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Mangsir 1, 2074 to Mangsir 16, 2074. Thus only those shareholders owning shares till Kartik 30, 2074, i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed bonus shares. VLBS had announced 10% bonus shares and 5 % cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. After 10% bonus, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 17.71 crore from existing 16.10 crore. It had earned Rs 3.17 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2073/74.
