Vibor Bikas Bank’s 8th AGM today; No dividends this year

Vibor Bikas Bank Limited is convening its 8^thAnnual General Meeting on Poush 24, 2072 (today). The AGM is being held at Baithak Invest Venue, Tripureshwor, Kathmandu at 11:00AM. The main agenda of the meeting is to convert promoter and public shareholder structure to 61:49 and to authorize BoD to amend the article of the association and memorandum of association.
