Vegetable markets around Nepal to have QR code-based payment method; Governor Adhikari launches QR code payment system at Naxal Vegetable market
Governor of Nepal Rastra Bank Mr. Maha Prasad Adhikari has launched a QR code-based payment system at Nakshal Vegetable market in Kathmandu.
Speaking at the launch event, Governor Mr. Adhikari has highlighted the policy of the central bank and the federal government to promote digital based payment system at all the possible public and private enterprises, as stated in the media statement issued by the central bank.
