Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower has requested for Expression of Interest for Registrar to Share

Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Limited  (UTKHPL) has invited Expressions of Interest (EoI) from the qualified national firm or companies for providing the services as Registrar to Share (RTO) for a period of 1 year. The signed EOI along with all the relevant documents in hard copy may be mailed or submitted in a sealed envelope on or before May 04, 2016 until 1 pm to the office of UTKHPL. Documents will be opened on May 04, 2016 at 3 pm at the office of UTKHPL. Interested firms or companies are requested to submit Expression of Interest (EOI) along with the company profile, tax clearance of FY 2071/72, VAT/PAN  registration, certified copies of experience certificates and other relevant documents. The forms are available in UTKHPL office.
