Upper Syange Hydropower completes Financial Closure for 2.4 MW Upper Syange Hydropower Project
Upper Syange Hydropower Limited has successfully completed the Financial Closure for its 2.4 MW Upper Syange Hydropower Project. The Financial Closure Agreement was signed on Poush 28, 2074 amidst a ceremony with sole financing from Prime Commercial Bank Limited. Kriti Capital and Investments Limited has advised the deal.
“The project is located in Marsyangdi Gaupalika, Lamjung District. Power Purchase Agreement of the project has been executed and the project is under construction phase with the target to complete the construction by Mid- 2019”, reads the press statement.
