Upper Solu Hydro Calls 10th AGM; When's the Book Closure?

Upper Solu Hydro Electric Company Limited (USHEC) has called its 10th AGM on 28th Poush, 2082. The meeting will be held in Lisara Receptions, Bhagwati Bahal, Naxal, Kathmandu, starting at 10 am that day.

These are the agendas:

1) Endorse the annual report of the fiscal year 2081/82.
2) Endorse the auditor's report with PNL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2081/82.
3) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2082/83 and determine the remuneration.
4) Misc.

The book closure date is on Poush 09, 2082. Thus, shareholders who maintained before that day can attend the AGM.
