Universal Power Company reports annualized EPS of Rs 2.88 till Q2; Net profit of 3.02 crore reported

Universal Power Company Limited (UPCL) has published its second-quarter report for the FY 2076/77 today.
According to the unaudited financial report, the hydropower shows a net profit after tax of Rs.3.02 Crore till the second quarter.
The total income of UPCL stands at Rs.4.50 Crore. However, the company has not yet started the commercial sale of electricity produced. The total expenses stood at Rs.46.50 Lakhs.
Its current paid-up capital stands at Rs.2.10 Arba with Rs.7.47 Crore as a reserve fund. The long term loans of the hydropower company stand at Rs.1.14 Arba.
It has reported quarter-end annualized earnings per share of Rs.2.88 and net worth per share is at Rs.103.56. The PE ratio as per the report stands at 25.66 times.
