United Insurance urges shareholders to claim public shares bought from secondary market by Poush 11

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) has published a notice addressing the sales of promoter shares as public shares in the secondary market. The insurance company has urged those shareholders having promoter shares instead of public shares of the company to contact the company’s central office at Trade Tower Thapathali by Poush 11, 2073. The shareholders should bring the original share certificates to claim for public shares of the insurance company. UIC had earlier published the notice regarding the same issue. The company’s promoter shares were transacted in secondary market as public shares.
