United Insurance to hold 22nd AGM on Ashad 20; To endorse 20% bonus shares

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) will be convening its 22^nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashad 20, 2073. The AGM will be held at Trade Tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu at 9 am. The main agendas of the meeting are: To endorse 20% bonus share and cash dividend (for tax purpose) worth Rs 14,43,532 from the net profit earned in the last fiscal year. To amend the article of association and memorandum of association regarding increment of paid up capital The other agendas of the meeting include financial highlights of 2071/72 and the appointment of the auditor. Only those shareholders owning shares till Ashad 2, 2073 will be entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close  from Ashad 3, 2073 till Ashad 20, 2073 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM.
