United Insurance Company (UIC) Urges Shareholders to Claim Due Dividend

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) has published an important notice to shareholders who are yet to receive due dividend payments.

Investors who haven't claimed the dividend should claim it within 30 days from the publication of this notice. The shareholders should present their share certificate and proof of identity to the company's share registrar Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Narayanchaur, Naxal, Kathmandu to claim their dividend, along with the copies of the necessary documents to receive the due dividend.

Otherwise, according to section 183 of the Companies Act, 2063, the uncollected due dividend will be deposited in the "Investor Protection Fund".
