United Insurance Company (UIC) Proposes 5.2632% Dividend Worth Rs 5.41 Crores for FY 2078/79

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) has proposed a 5.2632% dividend worth Rs. 5.41 Crores for the fiscal year 2078/79.
The 376th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 25, 2079 decided to distribute 5.2632% dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.02 Arba. 5% bonus shares worth Rs. 5.14 crores and 0.2632% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 27.05 lakhs have been proposed.
The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the Beema Samiti and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, UIC has an LTP of Rs. 348.80.
