United Insurance 20th & 21st AGM on Ashwin 20

United Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited (UIC) will be convening its 20th and 21st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 20, 2072. The AGM will be held at Trade Tower, Second Floor, Thapathali , Kathmandu at 9:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To amend article of association and memorandum of association to reflect changes in paid of capital due to issuance of right shares.
• To authorize BOD to amend any endorsement from AGM as directed by regulating bodies.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of fiscal year 2069/70 and 2070/71 and appointment of auditor. UIC had earned net profit of Rs.53.68 lakh in its fourth quarter of the last fiscal year 2071/72.
