United Finance announces 19% stock dividends & foreign partnership with India’s Muthoot Finance

United Finance Limited (UFL) has announced 19 % bonus shares to its shareholders for the FY 2073/74. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the finance company’s 210^th BOD meeting held yesterday has announced the said bonus. The decision is subjected to the approval from the concerned authority. After distribution of 19% bonus shares, its paid up capital will reach to Rs 80.05 crore from existing 67.27 crore. Also the finance company is going to issue 20% right shares to its shareholders, after which its paid up capital will reach Rs 93.50 crore. The finance is going for foreign strategic partnership with Muthoot Finance Limited, Kochi, India. Muthoot Finance will have at least 20% shares of UFL and will remain under promoter shareholder. UFL has earned Rs 11.69 crore in the fourth quarter of the FY 2073/74.
