Union Life Insurance Company Limited is convening its 1stAnnual General Meeting (AGM) today (Kartik 13, 2074). The AGM is being held at Company Registrar Office, SIddharthanagar – 8, Rupandehi.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse the decision to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 64.50 lakh unit.
- To change the registered office address, amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To conduct election for 4 Board of Directors and appoint Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
