Union Life Insurance 1st AGM on Kartik 13; issuing 64.50 lakh unit IPO

Union Life Insurance Company Limited will be convening its 1st Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 13, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Company Registrar Office, SIddharthanagar – 8, Rupandehi.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse the decision to issue Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 64.50 lakh unit.
- To change the registered office address, amend Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
- To conduct election for 4 Board of Directors and appoint Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
