Union Hydropower Limited Calls SGM on Baishakh 06; With Agenda to Issue Right Shares

Union Hydropower Limited (UNHPL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 6th Baishakh, 2083. The meeting will be held in Siddhartha Cottage, Dhobighat, Lalitpur, starting at 11:00 am that day.

These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) To discuss the issuance of the right shares from the current paid-up capital.
2) Provide full authority to the BoDs to carry out the necessary work related to amendments as guided by the regulatory board.
3) Miscellaneous.

Chaitra 26 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this meeting.
