Under acquisition Om Development Bank inks bancassurance deal with National Life Insurance Company

Om Development Bank and National Life Insurance Company has signed an agreement of bancassurance under which the development bank will be providing life insurance services and policies of the insurance company through its branch network.

The agreement was inked between CEO of the development bank Mr. Biswo Mohan Adhikari and CEO of the insurance company Mr. Bharat Basnet amid a program. following the deal, customers and employees of the bank can now avail life insurance services of the insurance company from all the 53 branches of the bank, reads the press statement.

Om Development Bank has entered into acquisition agreement with Prime Commercial Bank Limited.
