Two Auction Concluding Today: Premier Insurance Company's auction of CIT's promoter shares and BOKL's auction of its own promoter shares

Premier Insurance Company (Nepal) Limited's re-auctioning of its 50,000 units promoter shares of Citizen Investment Trust is concluding today, i.e. 4th Ashwin, 2077.

Only banks, financial institutions, and insurance companies were eligible to bid for the auction.

Bidders who are selected are entitled to claim the right shares of Citizen Investment Trust approved by the General Meeting on Ashad 20.

Similarly, Bank of Kathmandu's auction of its 3,16,156 units promoter share to the existing promoters, general public, and institutions is also concluding today at 2 pm. The bids of this particular auction will be opened tomorrow at 10:30 am.
