The 171st Board Meeting held on Mangsir 30, 2076 has decided on following agendas for the meeting:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by chairman on behalf of BOD.
- Approval of audited financial statements for 2075/76.
- Appointment of auditor for 2076/77 and determination of remuneration.
