Trading in securities of Taragaon Regency Hotel resumes after clarification provided to NEPSE

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the resumption in trading of Taragaon Regency Hotel (TRH).
Earlier, NEPSE had halted trading in TRH after price sensitive information about the company was not duly informed to the investors. NEPSE had asked for clarification in the matter. After the clarification was provided, NEPSE has decided to resume trading in the securities of the hotel.
NEPSE has also issued a caution to not repeat such act again.
