National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC)’s 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM) is going to be held on Shrawan 31, 2074. The AGM will be held at Army Officer Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11 AM. The main agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of the FY 2072/73, appointment of auditor and to elect 7 BOD members of the company.
The company has published a list of contenders who have registered their names for an upcoming BoD election of the company.
