Last day to clinch 25% bonus and 25% right share of Kanchan Development Bank

Today is the last day for the investors to get hold of the 25% percent bonus share and 25% right share pledged by Kanchan Development Bank Limited.
Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 24 (today) will be entitled to the dividend and right shares of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Mangsir 25, 2072 till Poush11, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM).
The Bank will be convening its 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 11, 2072.
