Time to introduce Private Equity, Venture Capital and Hedge Funds into Nepalese Stock market; SEBON interacts with stakeholders to finalize the draft Alternate Investment Fund regulation 2075

Securities Board has conducted an interaction program with an aim to gather suggestions from all the concerned stakeholders to formulate the all-new Alternative Investment Fund Regulation 2075.

The interaction which was organized on Shrawan 31, 2075 was chaired by chairman of the board Dr. Rewat Bahadur Karki and was also attended by representatives from Nepal Rastra Bank, Nepal Stock Exchange, ICAN, different investors associations, financial journalists and alike. The participants in the interaction program highlighted about the importance of Private Equity and Venture Capital for Nepal for the formation of capital which can be utilized to make use of the diverse resources of the nation.
