Three of NIBL Ace Capital's Four Mutual Fund Schemes Report Net Loss in Ashoj

NIBL Ace Capital Limited has published the Net Asset Value (NAV) till Ashoj, 2078 of all four of its funds.
NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1)
NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7-year closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Ace Capital Limited has reported a fall in its net asset value (NAV) for the month of Ashoj.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 12.62 as of Ashoj end, 2078 which was Rs. 12.64 in the previous month.
The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs.1 Arba has invested Rs. 28.2 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 10.34 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. The scheme has Rs. 54.75 crores in fixed deposits and has invested Rs. 10.45 crores in bonds and debentures.
This scheme has Rs. 18.29 crores in the bank balance.
NIBSF1 has posted a net profit of Rs. 1.21 crores in the month of Ashoj. Its profit for the previous month was Rs. 1.38 crores.
NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF)
NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Ace Capital Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank has reported a fall in its net asset value (NAV) for the month of Ashoj.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 12.7 as of Ashoj end, 2078 which was Rs. 12.98 in the previous month.
The scheme which began with a total fund of Rs.75 crores has invested Rs. 59.27 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 13.77 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. This scheme has Rs. 16.28 crores in the bank balance.
NIBLPF has posted a net loss of Rs. 3.89 crores in the month of Ashoj. Its loss was Rs. 1.78 crores last month.
NIBL Sahabhagita Fund
NIBL Sahabhagita Fund is NIBL Ace Capital's fund scheme and is the first open-ended fund. This fund is not tradable at Nepal Stock Exchange like other closed-ended funds and it has no fixed maturity period.
According to the financial report published today, the fund scheme’s NAV stands at Rs. 12.15 as of Ashoj end, 2078 which was Rs. 12.35 in the previous month.
The scheme has invested Rs. 19.55 crores in the listed shares and Rs. 5.12 crores in public issues, right shares, and bonus shares. It has 7.65 crores in fixed deposits and has invested 3.94 crores in bonds and debentures.
This scheme has Rs. 8.81 crores in the bank balance. NIBL Sahabhagita Fund has posted a net loss of Rs. 1.33 crores in the month of Ashoj. The loss was Rs. 62.17 lakhs last month.
NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II
NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II has also unveiled its NAV report.
The NAV for the month of Ashoj stands at Rs. 9.8, compared to the previous month's NAV of Rs. 9.88. Rs. 70.63 crores of the fund are invested in listed shares and Rs. 8.35 crores in bonds and debentures. Rs. 22 crores of the fund are in fixed deposits and Rs. 28.29 crores in bank deposits. The fund has invested Rs. 15.51 crores in public issue and has Rs. 2.97 crores worth of other assets.
The fund is at a net loss of Rs. 2.87 crores in Ashoj. In the previous month, the net loss was Rs. 1.74 crores.
