Taragaon Regency Hotels 21st AGM today; endorsing 7.368% cash dividend

Taragaon Regency Hotels Limited (TRH) is conducting its 21^st Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Chaitra 12, 2074). The AGM is being held at Army Officer’s Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 7.368% (including tax) cash dividend to its shareholders
• To increase the Directors’ meeting allowance from Rs 5,882 to Rs 11,764

Other agendas of the AGM are major financial highlights of FY 2073/74 and appointment of auditor and board of directors for the FY 2074/75. The book closure for the AGM was set from Falgun 18 to Chaitra 12, 2074. Thus, shareholders owning their shares till Falgun 16, 2074 are entitled for proposed dividends and for participation in the AGM. TRH’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.88 arba with Rs 29.58 crore in the reserve. It had earned Rs 15.53 crore in the second quarter of the fiscal year 2074/75. See the Announcement here
