Taragaon Regency Hotel Limited (TRH) is conducting its 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Jestha 24, 2076) at 11 AM. The AGM is being held at Nepal Pragya Pratisthan, Kamaladi, Kathmandu.
The main agendas of the AGM is to endorse 12.631% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs 23.83 crore to its shareholders for the fiscal year 2074/75.
The book closure for the AGM has been set on Jestha 3, 2076. Thus, shareholders owning their shares till Jestha 2, 2076 are entitled for proposed dividends and for participation in the AGM.
TRH’s current paid up capital stands at Rs 1.88 arba with Rs 63.50 crore in the reserve. It had earned Rs 35.65 crore till the end of third quarter of the fiscal year 2075/76.
