Taragaon Regency Hotel extends auction of 7 lakh units’ shares till Friday

Taragaon Regency Hotel has extended one more day to bid for the auctioned ordinary shares. Earlier the deadline for applying the auctioned share was set for tomorrow (Ashad 23, 2073). The deadline has been extended as there is public holiday of Eid occasion which is also the last day to bid for the shares. As per an official source of Siddhartha Capital Limited, ‘Due to the occasion of Eid, the deadline of the auction has been extended till Friday 3:00 PM.’ Now the auction will end on Friday (Ashad 24, 2073).The bid will open to conclude the auction on the same day at 3:15 PM. The minimum bid amount has been set at Rs 216. Interested applicants must bid for a minimum of 100 units of the scrip or above but the number of scrip applied should be divisible by 10. Siddhartha Capital Limited is the issue manager for this auction which is located at Hanumansthan Bhawan, Anamnagar, Kathmandu. The total bid amount must be deposited to the Account Number 00115208745 of Siddhartha Bank Limited .
