Tamakoshi 5th Hydel finds investment for completion; Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank to invest Rs 15 arba in the project

Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB) has agreed to provide finance to the Tamakoshi 5th Hydropower Project.
In the third Governors meeting of the bank, Nepal has proposed for investment of Rs 15 arba for the Tamakoshi 5th Project.
The project is being developed as the cascade project of Upper Tamakoshi Hydropower Project. The project will utilize the residual water from the Upper Tamakoshi Project to produce further electricity.
